Cole Griggs

With years of mortgage industry experience, Cole Griggs is passionate about helping clients find the right loan at Central Bank. Whether it’s physician loans, jumbo loans, VA loans, or guiding first-time homebuyers, Cole provides personalized solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Known for his attention to detail, he ensures the mortgage process is seamless from start to finish, making the experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Additionally, Cole was previously recognized as a top mortgage originator in 2023, 2024, and 2025. He also earned a spot in the prestigious Chairman’s Club at his former company.

Outside of work, Cole is actively involved in the industry. He serves on the Housing Finance and Single-Family Builder Committee for the National Association of Home Builders, and he is part of the Young Professional Executive Leadership for the Kansas City Home Builders Association. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with his family, and playing with his dog, Maverick (a golden retriever husky mix).
