People first has always been my approach. I moved to Kansas City to work at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, where I learned how to keep calm under pressure and make even the biggest nights run seamlessly. That’s where I found my love for building connections and creating systems that help people thrive behind the scenes.

Fast forward to a post-pandemic world, I shifted into SaaS for additional stability and better work-life balance, using those same skills to help teams create simple, attainable solutions for every day people to make their workweek easier and more efficient.

Over the past decade in Kansas City, I’ve co-founded three local nonprofits focused on inclusion and community impact. I’ve carried that same mindset into everything I do. KC is home. Keeping it local will always be at the heart of my work. Good coffee, great conversations, and helping others grow is my kind of success.
