Chad Juarez

I was born in Miles City, Montana, but grew up in Wyoming with my mother and two siblings. Being the oldest, I learned from an early age how to care for others and be resourceful. My mom worked very hard to take care of us and no matter what she made sure I always lived by one rule: “Manners make you nice to know.” To this day that saying always makes me smile and my kids now recite it. I met my lovely wife, Soraya, in high school and we have three wonderful kids; Aidan, Ashlynn, and Aaric.

We relocated to Missouri in September of 2016 to be closer to family that lives in St Joseph and while I was initially against the move, my wife knew what was best and it’s amazing the opportunities God has opened for us here. When not at work I enjoy volunteering at church and with our various community partners, as well as coaching and participating in my kids’ extracurricular activities. I’m super competitive and love all things requiring strategic thinking and quick wits. Board game nights at our house can get quite intense!

I’ve always believed attitude is a choice and I’d like to think of myself as the most anti-negative person you could ever meet. My passion in life is to make the lives of those around me better and to radically impact my community in a positive way. I live this out through the core values of Family, Attitude, Interconnection, Trust, and Helpful. These values, combined with an innate desire to honor God with everything I do allow me to be a true Agent of Change.
